Heavy Duty Mortise Locks

 This quality English made lock is fitted with a latch and a retractable bolt. It has a backset of 57mm (Stock code L2765) and is the most common lock of its type suitable for perimeter doors which complies with the minimum home insurance requirements.  It is fitted with 5 levers internally for added security.  Two bit type keys supplied and the face plate is available in Brass or Stainless steel finish.  Also available with 44mm backset (Stock code L2645)or 35mm backset (Stock code L2515) for doors with narrower stiles.  Optional rebate kit, Stock code L0045 is available for either lock if needed.  Special keying can be provided as required.  Spindle hole to suit 8mm knob spindle is 57mm from keyhole.

This mortise bolt also has 5 lever security similar to the above lock but does not have the latch mechanism installed. The bolt is available in two backset sizes. 57mm (Stock code L1765)  or 44mm (Stock code L1645). Faceplate finish available is Brass or Stainless steel.  A rebate kit for this lock is available if required (Stock code L0451) 

This 5 lever mortise lock is fitted with an expanding claw bolt and is suitable for sliding doors.  It comes in one size only.  The backset is 44mm (Stock code L9645) .  Faceplate finish available in Brass or Stainless steel.
